Tomatillo, Pineapple Organic
Pineapple tomatillo, or yellow ground cherry, features golden fruits in a papery husk with a mild flavor similar to pineapple. Low-growing, bushy plants reach 12-18″ tall and produce huge yields. This Eastern European relative of the Mexican tomatillo is excellent for use in fruit salsa, salads, and jams.
